New Base Update #3

A lot of work is going on here at the new base. I spent 2 days putting the primer on Carlos' apartment with a 2 teams leaders from the last outreach. We will be painting his apartment along with the rest of the maintenance building soon. Today the foundation is being poured for our new 2 story building. We are excited about the progress of the new base.
